Rupak Chudal to lead Nepalese Cricket (NCAA)

Nepali Vision | After more than 5 years of continuous and dedicated services to NCAA, President Ajay Kshatry has stepped down to bring in fresh innovation & minds to the teams paving way for a new leadership to take it further for better NCAA.The outgoing president will remain as executive advisory to NCAA and is a part of the team. Former Chairman of Chitwan Cricket Association Mr. Niraj Shrestha will also be the part of the NCAA advisory board.
Current Secretary, CEO Rupak Chudal will lead the team NCAA moving forward while Mr. Sameer Paudel is designated as new Secretary. Mr. Lila Nath Dhakal and Mr. Niroj khati will lead each division while Mr. Sakar Mainali and Mr. Narayan Pokhrel will contribute as my cricket officers.
Mr. Karan Shrestha, Mr. Nirmal Kadel and Mr. Sanat Acharya will provide valuable inputs as an executive member to the team.

The newly selected team has announced the following programs and initiatives for the quality cricket season of 2017-2018
1. Introduction of two grades model this season with Grade 1 and Grade 2 with sixteen participating clubs. Top eight teams from the last season will play Grade 1 while rest of the teams will play Grade 2.  Top two teams of the league in Grade 2 will be promoted to Grade 1 while bottom 2 of the Grade 1 league will be playing Grade 2 next year ( Bringing in competition for quality)  
2. New pathways this year with Sydney Sixers in addition to Sydney Thunder pathway (This will challenge the skills of NCAA players to compete with other communities and benefit cricket to grow.)
3. Timely player statistics and game update via mycricket  ( Quality controlled by designated my cricket officers) 
4. NCAA Super sixes, NCAA T20, NCAA One day competition (Ongoing Competition) 
5. Interstate competition next year ( Bringing in extra Competition ) 
6. Media promotions via local NEWS portals, TV, In Facebook by eye-catching video and graphics. Coloured Jersey and white balls ( Adding colours to the game) 
NCAA would like to say thank you to all the clubs and players for the ongoing support and is planning to on board even better facilities this season. As always, unlike before
NCAA will work as one NCAA family moving forward, many thanks to all the supporters, media partners and sponsors of this game.
The exciting cricketing season of quality cricket will start on early September this year.
